This meeting, held at Mattars Bistro, Route 517, Allamuchy, NJ, was called to order at 1:08 pm by President Dana Mooney.

Minutes from October 21, 2015 meeting were distributed to all members for approval. Motion was made by Terry Beshada, seconded by Toni Grisaffi. All in favor.
The Treasurer’s report was available for this meeting. A motion to approve the Treasurer’s report was made by Leah Korver, seconded by Terry Vervaet. All in favor.
Associate Business Members in attendance were Beth with Edmunds, LLP, Kathy Schaffer with MSI, and Darren Lowe with MGL.
Joan Donat has retired and is no longer the Regional Representative. Filling that position is Daryn Cashin. Congratulations Daryn. The New Jersey Manufacturer’s Insurance Company will also handle Homeowner’s Insurance.
The Conference was successful. If you attended the Ethics seminar at the Tropicana on Wednesday morning, please contact Dana Mooney, Rachel Edinger, or Vince Belluscio regarding the CEU Certificates. The speaker for the GFOA co-sponsered class did not show up.

Linda Roth thanked the outgoing officers for their services.
Thank you to the Business Members for their generosity in providing gifts for the door prizes.
Mini Conference Committee members Jessica Caruso, Dana Mooney and Marie Goble have asked for suggestions on seminar topics and potential dates. Payroll/Pension seminars through R & L Payroll were suggested as well as a Social Security seminar by Lincoln Financial.
Maryann Frodella motioned to adjourn the meeting seconded by Maria Mascuch.
