MINUTES

 

This meeting, held at Mattar’s Bistro, Route 517, Hackettstown, NJ, was called to order at 1:02 pm by First Vice President Danette Dyer. 

 

ROLL CALL:     

 

            President Dana Mooney – absent

            1st Vice-President Danette Dyer – present

            2nd Vice-President Linda Roth - present

            Secretary Toni Grisaffi - present

            Treasurer Gail Magura – present

            Chaplain Jessica Caruso - absent

 

Minutes from February 20, 2015 meeting were distributed to all members for approval. Motion was made by Jean McKenna, seconded by Gail Magura.  All in favor.

 

The Treasurer’s report was available for this meeting.  A motion to approve the Treasurer’s report was made by Jean McKenna, seconded by Linda Roth.  All in favor.

 

 

NEW BUSINESS:

           

            The Spring Conference will be held at the Tropicana on May 19 – May 21, 2015.  You will receive a postcard notification in the mail.  Reservations will be online only.  Please see the State website for more information and the link to the hotel (www.tctanj.org).

 

            Introduction of present Associate Business Members was made by Danette Dyer.  In attendance were Kathy Schaffer with Municipal Software and Darren Lowe with MGL.

 

            Joan Donat gave a report on the last State Association meeting.   Notification of the Spring Conference will be via postcard.  Registration and reservations will be online.  Check the State website for the minutes of the most recent meeting.

 

            A 4 member Nominating Committee needs to be formed, comprised of 2 members from each county.  Please e-mail Dana Mooney ([email protected]) if you are interested.

 

SPEAKER:

           

            A Roundtable discussion on the subject of credit scores and bonding was had.

Motion was made my Jean McKenna to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Linda Roth.
